Our After Sales Services Include:
We provide official Vinfast warranty coverage for both vehicles and spare parts. Here, you can find information about warranty terms, coverage period, and the claim process in case of damage or defect.

To be eligible for a warranty claim, please ensure the following:
The vehicle is within the warranty period and mileage limit.
All scheduled maintenance has been performed at authorized Vinfast service centers.
The damage or defect is not caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, accident, or natural disaster.
The original service booklet and invoice are available at the time of claim.
Note: Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear parts such as brake pads, tires, and wiper blades unless proven defective due to manufacturing error.
